modern hotel with well-equipped and nicely decorated rooms and a private bathroom. had convenient location very close to the market square which is of great advantage, minutes from a popular central plaza. based next to the train station and a nice place for drinks at night right arcoss the street and great cafes and restaurants.

The breakfast was amazing but very pricey.
It felt as though we were always hearing footsteps and voices, which disrupted our peace. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm even with the heater turned off. It was disheartening to wake up feeling hot and restless.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Bruges, ideal for walking tours of the city. Breakfast was good. The reception is nice and it is noticeable that it has been modernized although this is not the case with the rest of the hotel.
We asked for 2 single beds and upon arrival we were told that this depended on availability and were given a double bed. We slept very uncomfortable, mattress was old and hard, we woke up with back pain both days. pillows were made of wool and they were mostly cuddly. cleaning of the rooms and hotel was superficial, noises from the other floors and rooms were heard a lot. floors creaked when you walked. hair dryer that was on the wall was not working. there was a new one (of the same type) in the bathroom cabinet but to dry my hair I had to hold the base with one hand and dryer with the other, extremely uncomfortable as the base is heavy, Instead of walling up the new dryer and replacing the old one. they left the one that didn't work,

The receptionist was very helpful and the rooms were clean and tidy and of a good size.
Tea/coffee making facilities should be in each bed room. The showers were not working correctly in both of our rooms.

Very friendly staff, ideally located in city centre, good breakfast
Not for the early spleepers thanks to the local lager lads pub conveniently located a leasurely 50 metres up the street. Not for the later sleepers because the first bus passes at 8 am. Funky fungus in the bathroom because of lack of ventilation. This hotel needs a little updating to keep it 3 stars.

Great location, close to parking and friendly
Sleeping was difficult due to noise from people on the street below leaving nearby bars.
